Calling on halfway houses to work with  the community, not just in it. There are plenty of great programs assisting addicts and ex-offenders re-enter society. But there are also plenty of Half way house abusing their tenants as well as the neighborhood. We're standing up to a brand new half way house that opened in Strawberry Mansion and saying enough is enough.
